This policy is published in English and in Greek. The English text is the binding one; the Greek is a translation of it.
Marblers is a game. It has no accounts, no logins, and no sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, your email address, your phone number or your location, and there is nothing in the game that lets you type them in.
Play data. Which season you are on, how a race ended, what you bought on the bench, which settings you moved. It is sent to Google Firebase Analytics and it tells us where the game is too hard and where people stop. It is not tied to a name, because we do not have one.
Crash and performance data. When the game crashes or stalls, Google Crashlytics receives what went wrong, along with the season, the race and the screen you were on.
Purchase data. Whether a purchase completed, which finish it was, and what it cost. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Advertising data. The game shows an optional rewarded video, and only if you ask for it. It is served by Google AdMob. If you allow tracking when iOS asks, AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier to personalise it. If you refuse — or never answer — the video still works and is simply not personalised.
A support identifier. When you first open the game, a random identifier is generated on your device and kept in the iOS keychain. It is how a support conversation stays yours without an account. It is not your advertising identifier, it is not shared with anyone else, and it is sent only when you write to us.
Your name, email, phone number, address, contacts, photos, location, health data or browsing history. There is no social login, no newsletter, and nothing is sold to anyone.
If you write to the bench from inside the game, we receive your message, the category you chose, and your support identifier. If you write to us through the website form instead, we receive your message and the email address you give us, so that we can reply to it. Conversations are closed by you, or automatically after five quiet days, and are deleted after twelve months.
Marblers is rated 4+ and contains nothing unsuitable for a young player, but it is not directed at children and is not published in the Kids category. We do not knowingly collect data from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent us a support message with personal information in it, write to us and we will delete it.
There are no other third parties in the app. No advertising network beyond AdMob, no social SDK, no attribution service.
Turn off personalised advertising at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Delete the app to erase everything held on the device, including your progress and your support identifier. To ask what we hold about a support conversation, or to have it deleted, write to us at the address below with the conversation open in front of you.
