The fastest way is inside the game

Open the Garage, tap SETTINGS, then SUPPORT. Your conversation stays attached to your marble, and the bench replies there.

Before you write, this may save you time

Purchases have not appeared

Open the Garage, tap SETTINGS, then RESTORE PURCHASES at the foot. Purchases follow your Apple ID.

A season is too hard

The season restarts at race one when it is lost, and everything you have bought stays on your marble. Buying the part the season unlocked is what closes the gap.

Progress is gone

Progress lives on the device and is not backed up to a server. Deleting the app deletes it.

The rewarded video would not play

There is no limit on how many you watch. If there is no video to show, the offer stays on screen and says so — try again in a minute.
